Hello, this is Alec Mercado. I am here to announce our progress on our filming project. We have concluded our filming. The filming process took about a whole day to finish. After filming our film we began to edit our video. I was the lead editor for our project. We first searched for some music we could use to implement with our film. We decided to use three songs in total for our film. The first song used in the first seconds of the film was supposed to cheerful and used to cloud the dark story. The second song was very eerie and set the suspenseful mood in the film. The third song used was put at the end and was meant to set the sad mood of when Zachary told the bad news to Felix's mother. The music fits in very well with the tragic scene. After putting in the music we put in the transitions. The transitions did not take too much time to put in. After this, we had concluded our editing. We went into a call after the edition and made some minor adjustments. The minor adjustments

Today I will give an overview of what we did in our final moments of working on the film. We reviewed the film after our first edition. After reviewing the film with my groupmates and I decided that there were some minor problems that needed adjustments. We got into a call and started to edit again. We fixed the audio problem we had since in some parts it did not match the video. This process took us some time to edit. We slowed down some scenes so the audio would fit in. We also sped up some scenes so the music would be right with the visuals of the scene. After fixing the audio to match them up with the visuals we were halfway done with the final edition of the video. Now it was time to work on making the transitions smoother. We used different transitions throughout the film. We lined each transition up to make each one smoother. With this edit, our video will end up being choppy.  To edit in smoother transitions it did not take long at all. Once we finished with all the editing w

Hello, my name is Alec Mercado. Today I will give an update on how our filming project is going. Last time I talked about the filming progress. We have concluded the filming. It took a total of one day to finish up our filming. The filming process was as smooth as we had imagined it to be. After filming we took a week break. After the week break, we went back to work and began editing our video. We began laying out the clips we recorded in iMovie. iMovie was the software we all agreed to use since it is very user-friendly. Once we put our clips in the editing software we began making some simple transitions which would be edited later on after the music was selected. Once we finished putting the simple transitions we looked for a variety of music to be used for our film. We chose 2-3 songs we thought would fit with our film. Once we had our songs ready we lined them up with the film's visuals. After that, we edited the final transitions. These transitions would be as smooth as we

Today I will share the progress of our film. We have concluded our filming two weeks ago.  Now we have started to edit our video. We were looking across Spotify to look for some music that we could use for our video. After looking around we chose suspenseful tracks that fitted with our film. It took us some time to match the music with the visuals. Since we put our film in the iMovie software was very easy to find music on the app.   Although I movie made it easier for us it still took a while to gather all the songs. Once all the music was placed into our film, we decided to make some transitions. Since we have looked over our transitions during the filming process we knew when to put our transitions where. Timing the transitions took a while for us as well since it required lots of patience and accuracy. Applying to transitions took lots of time out of the editing and was probably the most time-consuming. Once we were done with the transitions we decided to keep on editing. At this

Today I will give an update on our progress on our film. Today I began to edit our film. I put the film clips in the iMovie software. I first made a basic transition after each scene that would be edited later with the music. After making some simple transitions I put some visual effects in the video. I tried some filters that fit the theme of the mystery film. Once the filters were placed for each scene it was time to select the music for the film. So far my groupmates and I have only decided on one song. We want to have at least three songs to be played at least once. We want to create different sounds that will let the audience remember which scene was not only because of the visuals but as well as the music being played. Sound effects were also included in our film. We added some suspenseful noises to fit with the mystery theme. Although we have done lots of editing already there is still lots to do. we still have to find the correct music to correlate with the film. We then have
